It’s is a nervous system that never learned it was safe to be fully, unapologetically you.

What's actually happening
Anxious attachment is not a fixed diagnosis. It’s a nervous system strategy and it can be healed.
Your attachment patterns are not your fault and they are not personality flaws.
They are nervous system responses. Intelligent survival strategies shaped by past experiences, early relationships, and the messages you absorbed about whether you were safe, wanted, and enough.
Stress, shame, fear of rejection, and cultural conditioning are carried in the body at a nervous system level.
Which means they can be healed at a nervous system level.
Affirmations, mindset work, and understanding your attachment style intellectually will only take us so far. We need a felt sense of viseral change through the body.
What I don't do
There is no fixing or judging in session with me. My work is deeply compassionate to every part of you that learned to criticise, perform, or shrink in order to stay safe. Those parts were protecting you. We meet them with curiosity, not shame.
What happens in session
Gentle, body-based somatic movement, and inner parts healing work tailored entirely to your pattern and your nervous system.
A session may include grounding and nervous system settling, somatic awareness and sensation tracking, inner parts psychotherapy, subtle movement, breath, gesture, and posture work.
What you can experience
A felt sense of relief, peace, and calm in the body, not just the mind
A different inner voice
A sense of being more your true Self
Less anxiety and reactivity
Greater self-compassion and self-trust
Relationships that feel easier, more loving, and more secure
Anxious patterns that begin to loosen
Actual, embodied change.
We release the body's belief that you are not enough.
And from there, so much else begins to heal. Life gets more beautiful.
