This session is designed to gently bring you out of anxiety and reactivity and back into felt safety, presence, and regulation.

I don’t give you coping tricks or breathing hacks to override your system.
We help your body feel safe enough to settle again. Over and over again.
Our goal is to move you from: fight/flight → regulation → choice

What Is Somatic Healing?
Somatic healing works with the body, not just the mind.
Stress, trauma, cultural messaging, global pain, and emotional overwhelm are carried in our bodies at a nervous system level.
The good news is, that means, we have the power to heal using the body as a tool. It’s our greatest resource for healing.
Somatic healing gently listens to what your body is already communicating and allows unfinished emotional responses to complete and release.

And the body’s natural intelligence
