What Is Somatic Healing?
There’s no fixing or judging in session with me.
My work is deeply compassionate to the parts of you that learned to criticise you in order to protect you.
Somatic healing works with the body, not just the mind.
The inner critic is not just a thought pattern — it is a nervous system response shaped by past experiences, expectations, and emotional survival strategies.
Stress, shame, fear of rejection, and cultural conditioning are carried in the body at a nervous system level.
The good news is:
If self-judgement lives in the body, it can be healed in the body.
Somatic healing gently listens to what your system is communicating and allows unfinished emotional responses to complete and release.
Instead of analysing your story, we work with:
Sensation
Breath
Movement
Nervous system regulation
Inner parts neurology
And the body’s natural intelligence
This allows change to happen at the level where self-worth patterns are actually stored — in the body itself — so you can embody a new way of relating to yourself.
