Support Mistmatched Desire & Reconnect Intimacy
For when intimacy has faded, and you feel sexually distant.
You still love each other. You've just forgotten how to connect.
Maybe it's been weeks. Maybe months. Maybe it’s been years since you really touched. Since you looked at each other in the eyes.
You share a home, a life, a bed. Yet, you feel alone.
Reconnecting Intimacy is for you if
You haven't touched each other in a long time and don't know how to start again
One person chases affection or touch, the other person feels chased and hunted
You love each other but feel more like housemates or colleagues than lovers
You're tired of the same shutdown, the same distance, the same argument that goes nowhere
Desire has gone and you miss it
One person feels desire more than the other
One person wants erotic alchemy, the other is fine with vanilla sex
You feel fear, resentment, or shutdown
You’re exhausted from trying to “fix” things
You feel distant or lonely in your relationship
Touch feels unsafe or absent
What this session creates
You feel safe with each other again
The walls come down
Desire begins to return
You come back toward one another
You understand each other’s desire patterns
You meet each other in the middle
You find reconnection to love, desire, and affection
Greater trust and emotional openness
A sense of safety between two bodies
Both nervous systems settle and reorganise
Releases stored emotional and physical tension
What happens in session
In one hour of guided somatic and relational work, we might work with nervous system co-regulation, conscious communication, somatic awareness, attunement exercises, guided breath, or gentle visceral connection practices. Your body leads. You'll leave with something you can feel and integrate into your daily life.
Book your session below - online, or in person (Gold Coast)
What Is Somatic Healing (for Couples)?
There’s no fixing or blaming in session with me. My work is deeply compassionate to both of your nervous systems and the patterns you learned to survive with.
Somatic healing works with the body, not just the mind.
Stress, trauma, attachment wounds, cultural conditioning, and emotional pain are carried in the body at a nervous system level and this directly affects intimacy, desire, and safety in relationships.
The good news is: If intimacy shut down in the body, it can be restored in the body.
Somatic healing gently listens to what each of your bodies is communicating and allows unfinished emotional and relational responses to complete and release.
This allows change to happen at the level where relational patterns are actually stored (in the body) so you can embody a new way of being together.
Why This Works
When intimacy has been lost, your relationship doesn’t need more communication techniques or advice. It needs safety.
Each of your nervous systems learned intelligent survival strategies: withdrawal, tension, over-functioning, shutting down, or protecting your heart. These strategies once helped you cope… but now they block closeness.
There is no performance and no pressure to “fix” your partner. Your bodies lead. I simply guide and support the process.
This is a space where you don’t have to defend, explain, or hold everything together. You get to feel each other again.
Come back to connection. Stress less together. And experience intimacy as a place of peace, not pressure.
