Love Your Body
Three x One-hour Sessions
Come Home to Yourself: Love Your Body Somatic Sessions for Self-Worth
For when the voice in your head won’t leave you alone:
“You’re not enough.”
“Don’t mess this up.”
“Try harder.”
“Or don’t try at all.”
For when your own mind feels like the place you can’t escape.
When self-worth feels out of reach
This is for the moment you realise how exhausting it is
to live under constant pressure from yourself.
When no matter what you do, it never quite feels like enough.
When self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
are quietly running your life.
When you just want to feel safe…
being who you are.
What this really is
This isn’t just “low self-worth.”
It’s a nervous system pattern.
A body that learned:
• Love must be earned
• Mistakes are dangerous
• Being yourself isn’t fully safe
• You need to be better, quieter, nicer… or more
So your system adapted.
With pressure.
With perfectionism.
With self-criticism.
Not because something is wrong with you —
but because something once didn’t feel safe.
About these sessions
Come Home to Yourself is a deeply held, one-on-one somatic healing session designed to help you:
• Soften the grip of self-judgement
• Release internal pressure
• Reconnect to safety in your body
• Experience self-worth as something you feel — not chase
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping your system realise:
You were never the problem.
This is for you if:
• Your inner critic is loud, harsh, or relentless
• You feel constant pressure to get things “right”
• You overthink everything you say or do
• You don’t trust your own voice
• You people-please to feel accepted
• You feel driven, but never at peace
• You’ve tried mindset work, but it hasn’t landed
• You want relief — not more strategies
What is somatic healing?
There is no judgement here.
No fixing. No performance.
My work honours the parts of you that learned to criticise,
push, or minimise you — as intelligent forms of protection.
Because the inner critic is not just a thought.
It’s a felt experience in the body.
Self-doubt, shame, fear of rejection —
these live in your nervous system.
And that means:
They can be healed there, too.
How we work
Instead of analysing your story,
we listen to what your body has been holding.
In session, we work with:
• Sensation
• Breath
• Movement
• Nervous system regulation
• Inner parts (the one that criticises, the one that tries to be perfect)
• The body’s natural intelligence
This allows change to happen where self-worth actually lives —
in your body, not just your mind.
Why this works
If your inner critic has been running for years,
you don’t need more affirmations.
You need safety.
Your system learned to survive through:
• Being perfect
• Being hyper-aware
• Being pleasing
• Being hard on yourself
These strategies once protected you.
But now they keep you stuck.
Somatic healing works because it:
• Creates real safety in the body
• Releases stored shame and emotional tension
• Settles the nervous system
• Reconnects you to yourself
• Softens fear-based patterns at their root
What happens in a session
Sessions are slow, gentle, and guided by your body.
You are always in control.
A session may include:
• Grounding and settling your system
• Tracking sensations linked to pressure or self-judgement
• Meeting the inner critic with curiosity and compassion
• Working with the parts of you that feel “not enough”
• Gentle movement or posture shifts
• Breath and regulation practices
• Integration and reflection
This is a space where you don’t need to prove anything.
You don’t need to get it right.
You just get to be.
Outcomes
People often experience:
• A softening of the inner critic
• Relief from constant pressure
• A deeper sense of calm and safety
• Increased self-trust
• More compassion toward themselves
• Less fear of making mistakes
• A reconnection to their true Self
• A feeling of coming home
Self-worth isn’t something you build by force.
It’s what naturally emerges when your body no longer feels under threat.
